Q: What if I want to talk
to someone about purchasing a car at AutoSearch
USA?
A: We realize the decision to buy a car is
an important one. While we aim to provide substantial
information on our Web site, we know you might
want to talk to a knowledgeable AutoSearch USA
consultant.
Therefore, AutoSearch USA consultants are available
from 9 am to 6 pm Mountain Standard Time Mon-Fri
and 9 am

Q: When do I need to put down
a deposit and is it refundable?
A: After youve specified the car you want
and signed the Search and Locate Agreement, you
provide a fully refundable $250 deposit to initiate
the AutoSearch USA search. This is not a fee; the
amount is credited towards your AutoSearch USA purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied with the car
we locate or deliver, your deposit is 100% refundable.
If you are a member of one of our credit union partners
your $250 deposit is waived upon presentation of
a letter of pre-approved credit.

Q: How does AutoSearch USA
find a car that matches my order?
A: AutoSearch USA has advanced access to the
highest quality vehicles available nationwide. Plus
we buy at closed dealer sales, wholesale from dealers
and major leasing companies around the country,
and from private individuals, as needed. All vehicles
are thoroughly evaluated before purchase to ensure
they meet our high quality standards. Our experienced
and specially trained national buying team use state-of-the-art
technology, which allows us to match your criteria
to available vehicles.

Q: Are there certain cars
that AutoSearch USA doesnt sell?
A: AutoSearch USA specializes in providing
our customers new and quality pre-owned vehicles.
We
only sell cars that we can stand behind and pass
our pre-delivery inspections. In determining which
vehicles to sell, we offer consultative advice
based on customer satisfaction, reliability and
depreciation
ratings from Consumer Reports. We use a variety
of expert sources to help you select the right
type
of vehicle that fill your needs.

Q: Does AutoSearch
USA accept trade-ins?
A: Yes. We accept trade-ins from our customers.
We first ask you a series of questions to establish
a ballpark estimate of your vehicles value.
Then, after a vehicle inspection we gain three
bids
for your vehicle from surrounding dealers and wholesalers.
You are offered the highest bid and it is your
decision
to accept that bid or sell your vehicle independently.

Q: How long will
it take AutoSearch USA to find my car?
A: For most orders AutoSearch USA can locate,
buy, transport, recondition and deliver your vehicle
within 10 business days. Special orders or hard
to find makes or extremely specific requests (e.g.,
if youll only consider a single color choice,
or an older model with very low mileage) can take
longer.

Q: What if AutoSearch
USA cant find the exact car I want?
A: AutoSearch USA will make every effort to
locate the car youve specified. However, in
the unlikely event that we cannot find the exact
car you want, we will notify you of the closest
possible matches available and allow you to decide
if one of these cars will meet your needs. If not,
well refund your deposit in full.

Q: Can I get
information about the history of the car Im
about to buy?
A: Yes. All AutoSearch USA cars come with a
full VehicleDiary, which documents all testing and
inspection performed, and also contains a complete
title history detailing every change of ownership
and verifying that your vehicle bears a clean title,
accurate odometer and is free of flood damage or
salvaged title (provided by Car Fax).

Q: How long is
the warranty provided with my purchase?
A: Each vehicle comes with a 90 day 3,000 mile
limited warranty to insure your driving pleasure.

Q: Can I get
a longer warranty?
A: Yes. Any remaining manufacturers warranty
is passed on to you free of charge. If your vehicle
has surpassed the original manufacturer warranty
terms AutoSearch USA can provide qualifying vehicles
an extended service contract that gives you comprehensive
coverage up to 84 months or 100,000 miles. You get
years of worry free driving.

Q: Where do
I go to pick up my AutoSearch USA car when its
ready?
A: You can pick up your car at one of our delivery
centers, usually located in office centers near
you. Once your AutoSearch USA car is ready for delivery,
your Consultant will schedule a convenient delivery
time and provide directions to the delivery center
nearest you or we will arrange to deliver your vehicle
directly to your home or office.

Q: What if something
goes wrong with my AutoSearch USA car?
A: We thoroughly inspect all vehicles to ensure
your car is in top condition when you buy it.
However,
in the unlikely event of a problem, you can contact
your Consultant and he/she will take care of all
the repair arrangements.

Q: AutoSearch
USA doesnt list the manufacturers original
names for paint colors. How can you get what I want?
A: AutoSearch USA color selector includes most
popular car and truck colors, with more simple
names.
For example, it might be confusing to look for opal,
firemist, or magma. So
we call them blue, dark red and red. Most vehicles
are manufactured in 4-6 colors each year. We ask
for your preferences, so we can have a higher
probability
of locating your desired vehicle. Dont worry,
if your preferences were never manufactured, well
let you know and suggest some alternatives. And
if you request a specific color, and the vehicle
was made in that color, well find it. It
might take a bit longer than our usual order,
but well
keep looking until you get the car you want.

tax, title and registration fees, lease fees and

the same sources that huge franchise dealers do;
major leasing companies, wholesale from other dealers,

the lease corporation, and then are sold to dealers
through commercial auctions around the country.
